Author Biography

Paulo Vélez León, Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja, Ecuador

Paulo Vélez León is Assitant Professor of Philosophy at the Loja Tech University. His main areas of interest are theoretical philosophy (metaphysics, theory of knowledge and anthropology), axiology (aesthetics) and the history of thought and science. He has participated in several research projects, and collaborated with different groups of basic and applied research, has also carried advanced studies at the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC). He has published, in his areas of expertise, several articles in journals and academic records.
