Abstract
The clinical relationship is the basis of the medical labor. It’s an interpersonal space, a kind of transaction, whose objective is to enhance health. It´s subject to some variables that interact between them and stablish not only the course of healthcare but its endlines. That’s why knowing its definitions, limits, scope and factors that influences on it its fundamental to impact in the quality of services, patient satisfaction and professional work
