Abstract
The active or omissive conduct of human beings must be legitimate, that is genuine, subsumed in law, truth, justice and reason, even more so in the clinical relationship. correspondence that is presented around the highest legal rights, such as life, health, between are at stake and from them, from their validity, the exercise of other rights follows. The previously noted link is generated when there is a confluence of determined wills in clear and prior rights and obligations that must be deployed observing constitutional and legal guiding precepts.
