Valoración laboral y agotamiento emocional durante la pandemia por Covid-19 en profesionales de salud mental del Ecuador
Resumen
Se aplicó el MBI y una encuesta ad-hoc online a 535 psicólogos y psiquiatras del Ministerio de Salud Pública del Ecuador a nivel nacional en la emergencia sanitaria por Covid-19 (mujeres 67.5%). Se encontraron relaciones inversas entre ser laboralmente valorado por pacientes, colegas y jefes y el agotamiento emocional (-0.18 a -0.283), despersonalización (-0.191 a -0.215) y temor al contagio (-0.129 a -0.179) y relaciones directas con la realización personal (0.255 a 0.279). Solo la valoración del jefe mostró capacidad de predicción del agotamiento emocional, considerándose un factor protector su valoración alta.
