Preface to Phaenomenologica Hispanica I: Phenomenology and Marxism
Abstract
Since the origins of the phenomenological movement, the Spanish–speaking world has been a space in which Husserl’s research has been well received and widely disseminated. For this reason, Disputatio wants to promote the development of phenomenological research in the Spanish–speaking world through the series Phaenomenologica Hispanica. The first issue is devoted to the relationship between “Phenomenology and Marxism” as a result of the first meeting held at the University of Salamanca in the framework of the Seminar on Phenomenological Research. This event took place on 13 December 2021 under the title “Phenomenology and Marxism". Thanks to this event, a group of young researchers from different countries had the opportunity to discuss the themes and authors that intertwine the philosophical heritage of Husserl and Marx.
