El problema del demos legítimo: una exposición fragmentaria de un debate abierto

Resumen
Durante las últimas décadas ha habido una controversia creciente dentro de la filosofía política sobre los límites legítimos del demos. En este trabajo, voy a explicar brevemente algunas de las soluciones ofrecidas hasta ahora y evaluar cómo funcionan en tres problemas que involucran el problema de la frontera democrática. Mi objetivo es mostrar que cada problema puede resolverse mejor utilizando una solución específica. Al hacerlo, mi objetivo es mostrar que es poco probable que la controversia se resuelva a corto plazo.
